Then she doesn’t stop looking or using any means to find it. We found the place, but it was such a convoluted, twisted, messed up deal -and Kelly straightened it out, kept everything on track, and kept everyone calm and working to make the deal go through. The selling agent was non-responsive, the sellers were dead so we had to work with a trustee, we included some property that originally wasn’t for sale, the first appraisal was done by someone who appraised it way, way lower than its value, the second appraisal came in over the selling price and didn’t even include the second home or commercial building, the first lender only could write mortgages for turn key properties, and the second lender got the deal done in 2 weeks!
